As head of creative at Fletcher Knight, Inc., a leading global brand strategy and innovation consultancy, Michael has partnered with high profile clients to identify white space opportunities, develop successful new products and brands, and reposition existing ones for growth.
Throughout the creative process, Michael works collaboratively with top management, the brand team, R&D and partner agencies, while leading a team of graphic designers, industrial designers and web developers.
A creative leader and visionary, Michael has extensive experience in branding, product innovation, packaging, design and consumer insights. He has shaped creative strategy and visual communications for PepsiCo, KIND, Mars, Pepperidge Farms, Estée Lauder, Bacardi, Neutrogena, Colgate Palmolive and many others.
Prior to Fletcher Knight, Michael was Partner and Creative Director at Valentine Creative Group, a marketing and new product creative agency servicing the beauty and skincare industries. While at VCG, Michael helped develop, design and launch award-winning and top-selling products and platforms for Beiersdorf, Neutrogena and Philosophy among others.
